Details of the Job/Internship

The company is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 5–10 years of experience to join its leadership team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide proactive counsel to senior management on corporate, commercial, and operational matters. 
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and government tenders. 
• Cross-Border Contracting: Advise on international jurisdiction, arbitration under the 1996 Act, and foreign legal localization. 
• Compliance Oversight: Implement programs for anti-bribery, SEBI regulations, GDPR, and India’s DPDP Act, 2023. 
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate liabilities related to indemnities, IP ownership, and information security. 
• Litigation & Governance: Manage dispute resolution, select external counsel, and support corporate secretarial functions for board meetings. 
• Policy & Training: Design and deliver PoSH training and contract hygiene workshops for business teams

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university; an LL.M. is preferred. 
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably within an MNC or leading law firm. 
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contract, and regulatory laws. 
• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and investigative skills with strong commercial awareness.
