House of Hiranandani is hiring a Sr.Manager/AGM - Legal with 10-15 years of experience to join them in Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of Definitive documents for closure of transaction.
- Due Diligence
- Drafting and Vetting of Lease deeds, leave and license agreements, Contract Agreements, Addendum, Supplemental Agreement, Amendment Agreement, Development Agreements and other documents.
- Handling compliances related to Land and project related including RERA.
