Details of the Job/Internship

House of Hiranandani is hiring for the position of Senior Manager/AGM - Legal with 10-15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting & Vetting:

• Prepare and review a variety of legal documents, including Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Contract Agreements, Addendums, Supplemental and Amendment Agreements, Development Agreements, and other property-related documentation.
• Draft definitive agreements required for transaction closure.

Due Diligence:

• Conduct and oversee comprehensive legal due diligence for land acquisitions and project development.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the due diligence process.

Compliance & Regulatory:

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to land and project development, including compliance with RERA and other applicable laws.
• Provide legal guidance on land-related issues and project structuring.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• 10–15 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate and infrastructure sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory frameworks (especially RERA).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-value transactions and multiple stakeholders.

Salary/Stipend
