Details of the Job/Internship

AB InBev India is hiring for the position of Senior Compliance Manager with 3 years of experience to join their office in Andhra Pradesh. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations including anti-corruption, anti-trust, and data privacy.
• Program Implementation:
• Roll out compliance frameworks covering data protection, antitrust, competition laws, and corporate ethics.
• Refresh and maintain policies and internal trainings.
• Investigations: Conduct and manage investigations into a broad range of internal allegations and compliance breaches.
• Third-Party Oversight: Lead third-party risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business functions beyond legal to embed compliance practices across the organization.
• Special Projects: Support and lead various compliance-related initiatives as needed.

Eligibility

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), including at least 3 years in a compliance or ethics role.
• Experience at a law firm, Big 4, or multinational corporation in compliance or investigations is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in compliance, ethics, or related areas preferred.

Language:

• Proficiency in English and Telugu is essential.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• High integrity and unwavering commitment to ethical standards.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Indian alcohol/beverage laws is a strong advantage.
• Experience in consumer goods or highly regulated industries is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
