Confluence is hiring a Senior Manager-Contracts and Compliances with 8+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Contract Management & Risk Assessment
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with government, public, and private sector clients across diverse project typologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks in collaboration with leadership and legal advisors.
- Maintain and update contract templates and a centralized contract database.
- Track key milestones, renewals, deliverables, and obligations.
- Support project teams in scope definition, deliverables, and fee structures across all project phases.
2. Process Implementation & Compliance
- Maintain contract dashboards and tracking systems for leadership reporting.
- Develop and optimize procedures for contract approvals, documentation, and storage.
- Conduct internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives related to contract best practices.
3. Consultant Agreements
- Draft and negotiate agreements with consultants (MEP, structural, façade, lighting, etc.) aligning with internal contract standards.
- Ensure clear delineation of deliverables, fees, and responsibilities between consultants and the firm.
- Coordinate timely issuance and execution of consultant contracts to avoid project delays.
Eligibility
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or Finance is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience & Skills
- 8–12 years of experience managing contracts within the architecture, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction/architectural industry practices.
- Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and familiarity with accounting and contract tracking tools.
Salary/Stipend
