Details of the Job/Internship
FieldAssist is hiring a Senior Manager – Corporate Legal to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising agreements.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
- Ensure proper contract storage, renewal tracking, and obligation management.
- Support investor-related legal documentation including shareholder agreements and ESOP documents.
- Ensure timely corporate filings, board documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor compliance with IT, data privacy, employment, and corporate laws.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Handle disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
- Advise internal stakeholders and conduct legal awareness sessions.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, and commercial law.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with company law, data protection norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
