Details of the Job/Internship
Magma HDI General Insurance Company Limited is hiring for the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Legal with experience of 6-8 years to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating, and closing legal Agreements.
- Setting up and implementing contracting process and repository for the company.
- Legal Advisory on Insurance Regulation and other legal issues.
- Managing high-stakes consumer, civil, and criminal litigation.
- Giving insurance claim-related opinions.
- Handling Audit related issues and auditors conducted from time to time.
- Advising HR department on various legal issues.
- Drafting & vetting key policies for the company.
- Standardizing the contracts for the company.
- Legal vetting of processes and SoPs to ensure that they comply with various laws.
- Vetting and drafting of complaints, notices, letters, and various other legal documents.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB (must).
- Total Work Experience: 6-8 years of experience.
- Well-versed with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good written communication is a must.
