Driti Advisors LLP is hiring for the position of Senior Manager - Corporate tax with 5-8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end income-tax and withholding tax compliance, including timely filings.
• Handle tax assessments, appeals, and litigation support.
• Provide advisory on direct tax and regulatory matters, including cross-border tax planning.
• Interpret and apply complex tax laws to client-specific scenarios.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive advisory and support.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tax professionals.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their business impact.

Eligibility

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate/direct tax compliance and advisory.
• Strong expertise in tax assessments, appeals, planning, and strategy.
• Proven knowledge of cross-border tax advisory.
• Professional qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law degree.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
