Navi is hiring for the position of Senior Manager - Head of Debt Management Litigation with 8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust compliance monitoring and risk assessment framework aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Advise senior stakeholders on legal strategies for scalable and ethical debt management practices.
• Oversee and resolve debt-related disputes, litigation, and enforcement matters in coordination with internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Conduct detailed legal research to support litigation and ensure compliance across financial and regulatory domains.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, legal, and compliance teams to align operations with legal and business objectives.
• Maintain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities and external legal partners.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and regulatory bodies.

Eligibility

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, litigation, or regulatory roles, particularly within the banking, NBFC, or asset reconstruction sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian civil and procedural law, regulatory compliance, and financial sector norms.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale debt recovery or enforcement litigation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to create scalable legal strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of clearly conveying complex legal issues.
• High integrity and professional ethics with a proven track record of managing confidential matters.
• Existing network with legal professionals and peers in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
