Details of the Job/Internship

TATTVAM & Co. is hiring a Senior Manager – Indirect Tax Litigation and Advisory Division with experience of 6–10 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet replies to show cause notices, appeals, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and appellate forums.
• Handle complex GST advisory and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy.
• Manage and supervise a litigation team of 7–8 members.

Eligibility

• 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in indirect tax (GST) litigation and advisory with strong knowledge of indirect tax and GST law.
• Excellent drafting, research, analytical, communication, and client-handling skills, willingness to travel for hearings, high professional ethics, and ownership mindset.

Salary/Stipend
