Details of the Job/Internship
ZOOM Communications is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal & Compliance with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on operational, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, NDAs, service agreements, and lease deeds.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, labor, and employment laws.
- Manage statutory filings under the Companies Act, 2013, and other regulations.
- Liaise with external counsels for litigation and arbitration matters.
- Support due diligence, documentation, and compliance for M&A transactions.
- Maintain legal MIS and coordinate with internal departments for risk assessments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. is essential; LL.M. preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal functions.
- Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, employment, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and research skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
