Details of the Job/Internship
GH2 Solar is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal & Compliances with 8–12+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to management and business teams on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, policies, and legal documentation.
- Handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution with external counsels.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate laws, labour laws, data protection, and industry regulations.
- Developing and monitoring compliance programs, internal controls, and risk assessments.
- Overseeing statutory filings, licenses, approvals, and regulatory interactions.
- Supporting corporate governance, board processes, and committee requirements.
- Leading and mentoring junior legal and compliance team members.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Qualified legal professional as per jurisdiction requirements.
- 8–12+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
