Details of the Job/Internship

Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, including Business Agreements and Lease Deeds.
• Handle trademark matters including protection, defense, and infringement issues.
• Draft replies and defend consumer cases before judicial/quasi-judicial forums.
• Manage litigations and court procedures related to the company’s operations.

Eligibility

• Law degree (5-year or 3-year LLB) from a recognized college.
• Minimum 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in a medium/large organization or law firm.
• Willingness to travel to retail stores across South India.

Salary/Stipend
