Details of the Job/Internship
Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is hiring for the position of Senior Manager - Legal Claims with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal claims related to motor accidents (MACT) and respond to legal notices.
- Coordinate with empanelled advocates and attend court hearings as necessary.
- Assess legal liability and recommend appropriate settlement strategies.
- Maintain accurate legal records and claims MIS.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal legal guidelines.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–5 years in handling motor legal claims.
- Strong knowledge of the Motor Vehicles Act, MACT processes, and insurance industry norms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
