Details of the Job/Internship

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Senior Manager Legal Litigation with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves guiding internal stakeholders on risks and mitigants while entering partnerships and ventures, and safeguarding the bank’s interests during documentation, execution, and post-execution processes. Hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating IT and Service contracts is essential.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide advisory on legislative and regulatory expectations to Shared Services business units, particularly IT and ISG.
• Coordinate and collate ad-hoc/indent requirements with business stakeholders, especially IT and ISG.
• Review policies, SOPs, and manuals from a legal advisory perspective considering evolving jurisprudence and regulatory expectations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s in Law.
• Master’s in Law.
• 2–5 years of experience.

Salary/Stipend
