Tech Mahindra is hiring a Corporate Legal professional with 14–16 years of experience to join their Corporate Legal team in Noida or Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review deal structures and provide legal advice.
- Review due diligence documents and transactional documentation.
- Conduct legal research.
- Supervise closings and draft various legal documents.
- Coordinate with external counsel.
- Negotiate and finalize deal documentation.
- Advise senior management on legal and contractual risks.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. qualification.
- 14–16 years of experience in M&A practice.
- Preferably at least 5 years of experience in a law firm.
- Ability to handle end-to-end M&A transaction documentation in-house.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
