Details of the Job/Internship
Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Limited is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal, Secretarial & Compliance with 6 to 8 years of experience in the mutual fund industry to join their office in Andheri, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations.
- Maintain and regularly update the Compliance Manual and relevant policies.
- Conduct compliance awareness sessions on Insider Trading and related matters.
- Ensure compliance with RBI Act provisions, AMFI Circulars, and notices.
- Maintain compliance trackers and mutual fund reporting as per regulatory requirements.
- Interpret regulatory circulars from SEBI, AMFI, RBI and implement appropriate action.
- Possess sound knowledge of PMLA Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering rules.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and SEBI auditors.
- Foster cordial relations with regulatory bodies.
Eligibility
- B.Com, ACS, LLB.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the mutual fund industry/AMC.
- Additional certification in Anti Money Laundering is preferred.
- Prior experience in an Asset Management Company (AMC) is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities.
- Well-versed with SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations.
