Details of the Job/Internship
Allana Group is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters (civil, criminal, arbitration, and property-related).
- Coordinate with law firms and advocates for case initiation, follow-ups, and strategy execution.
- Review and vet pleadings, ensuring timely filing in courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, MoUs, and legal documents.
- Provide legal and compliance support on M&A, property transactions, and commercial dealings.
- Manage agreements including lease deeds, sale deeds, service contracts, NDAs, powers of attorney, and vendor agreements.
- Oversee litigation related to property, land, and real estate.
- Ensure adherence to legal timelines and maintain documentation accuracy.
- Liaise with solicitors and business stakeholders to implement legal strategies.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law (LL.B.).
- Strong experience in litigation, property, and corporate legal matters.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of property and land transaction laws.
- Ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.
- Ethical, proactive, and self-driven professional with business-oriented thinking.
