Details of the Job/Internship
BLS International Services Ltd. is hiring for the position of Senior Legal Counsel with 10–14 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- 1. Litigation Management
- Handle litigation across all legal forums including the Supreme Court, High Courts, Civil and Criminal Courts, as well as IBC, arbitration, and consumer disputes.
- Collaborate and liaise with law firms, senior counsel, and legal consultants, including briefing and case strategy formulation.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies aligned with business goals and risk mitigation.
- 2. Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, MoUs, and service agreements.
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution and archiving.
- Streamline documentation and support audit and internal review processes for contract-related matters.
- 3. Employment & Labor Law Advisory
- Provide legal advisory on global labor and employment laws, supporting compliance across BLS’s international operations.
- Resolve employment-related disputes and guide internal teams on workforce regulations and policy alignment.
- 4. Strategic Legal & Business Advisory
- Partner with internal business teams to deliver proactive legal solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
- Align legal frameworks and advice with organizational growth and regulatory landscapes.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M from a recognized law school.
- 10–14 years of legal experience, preferably with a leading law firm in Delhi NCR.
- Proven experience in litigation, contract law, and advisory roles.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.
