Details of the Job/Internship

Flipkart is hiring a Senior Manager - Legal with 7–9 years of experience to join their B2B legal vertical in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support contract drafting, review, and negotiation for various agreements including brand license, supply, sourcing, service, advertisement, marketing, NDA, consultant, banking, and data sharing agreements.
• Draft and review terms and policies for e-commerce platforms.
• Review media and marketing communications to ensure legal compliance.
• Advise on legal and regulatory matters including e-commerce, FDI, IP, consumer protection, and data protection laws.
• Conduct research on regulations and new legal domains, advising on risks and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to projects on policy and process development for legal risk identification and mitigation.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 7–9 years of work experience.
• Experience in an E-Commerce/FMCG/Retail/Services company.
• Strong transactional, contract review, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Research-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to manage quick turnaround times and contribute to team efforts.

Salary/Stipend
