Details of the Job/Internship

Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft various contracts including business agreements, lease deeds, etc.
• Handle trademark matters, including protecting and defending infringement of trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
• Prepare replies for consumer cases and defend the company before respective judicial or quasi-judicial forums.
• Manage litigations and court procedures involving matters related to the company’s day-to-day affairs.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized college under the regular stream of 5 years or 3 years BL/LLB with graduation.
• Post-qualification experience of not less than 10–15 years in any medium or large organization or law firm.
• Willingness to travel to retail stores spread across South India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
