Details of the Job/Internship

Licious is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 9–14 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation matters in coordination with external counsel.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leave and license agreements, lease deeds, and vendor contracts.
• Conduct property due diligence and title verification.
• Provide legal support on employment matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Create and implement SOPs for legal compliance and process efficiency.
• Support cross-functional projects and lead a legal team member.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.
• 9–14 years of experience in litigation, real estate, contracts, and employment law.
• Sector experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Salary/Stipend
