Details of the Job/Internship
L’Oréal India is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 8–12 years of experience to join its Corporate Division in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for plants, warehouses, and regional offices.
- Provide legal advisory support to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial teams.
- Develop and implement privacy and data protection frameworks.
- Handle litigation strategy within assigned functional areas.
- Deliver compliance training and legal updates to stakeholders.
- Manage compliance tracking tools and ensure statutory adherence.
- Independently manage assigned legal matters.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 8–12 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house role.
- Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks preferred.
- Company Secretary qualification is an added advantage.
