Details of the Job/Internship
Medanta is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Law, Company Law, SEBI regulations, and IPR to join their Legal team in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, Lease Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Manpower Agreements, O&M Agreements, SLAs, and MOUs.
- Assist in banking arrangements, including reviewing and closing sanction letters, loan agreements, and escrow arrangements.
- Manage legal arrangements related to software licensing, AI development, real estate, related party transactions, employment & labour matters, POSH, and CSR matters.
- Support transactional work such as joint ventures, collaborations, mergers & acquisitions, share purchases, shareholder arrangements, operations & management agreements, and revenue share arrangements, including due diligence and liaison with external legal counsels.
- Independently interact with senior management, HoDs, internal teams, and external clients to understand requirements, address queries, and ensure smooth closure of legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLM or LLB from a reputed college.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law, Company Law, SEBI regulations, and IPR.
- 2–3 years of experience in a law firm is preferred.
