Details of the Job/Internship
Moneyview is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal for its Product Advisory and Commercial Contracts team.
Role and Responsibilities
Regulatory & Product Advisory:
- Advise business teams on legal and regulatory frameworks for existing and new products.
- Provide guidance on BFSI regulations including data protection, privacy, and information security.
Contract Management:
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (sourcing, marketing, payment services agreements).
- Develop and update standard form contracts and customer-facing policies (T&Cs, privacy policy, terms of use).
Corporate Advisory:
- Handle general corporate and commercial legal matters for the group.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams and negotiate with external stakeholders.
- Liaise with consultants, advisors, and external counsel.
- Manage multiple legal projects efficiently.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 6–8 years of PQE.
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience in fintech/TMT practice or in-house fintech role preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
