Details of the Job/Internship

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal, South Asia with 5–6 years of experience to support the company’s regional growth and safeguard its legal interests.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on hotel management, franchise, employment, sales, and service contracts.
• Assist in contract negotiations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Obtain and evaluate legal counsel from local attorneys specializing in hotel development and management issues.
• Support implementation of legal policies and ensure compliance across departments.
• Manage corporate secretarial and regulatory matters of subsidiaries and affiliates in India.
• Draft and review legal documents including default notices, vendor agreements, and responses to legal notices.
• Ensure legal and insurance compliance across the portfolio.
• Maintain and coordinate the contract database to track key terms, timelines, and ownership details.
• Assist in dispute resolution, debt recovery, and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as required.
• Apply legal leverage to aid in the collection of accounts receivables.
• Perform other legal assignments as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free work environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Law from a reputable Indian university.
• Admitted to practice in India.
• 5–6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Prior experience in a law firm preferred.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate secretarial matters is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Salary/Stipend
