Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Retail is hiring a Senior Manager-Legal with experience of 15 to 20 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft and respond to legal notices, conduct legal research,and develop case strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts (procurement, sale, IT, SAAS, licensing).
• Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, product safety standards, and retail regulations.
• Assist in policy development for legal compliance across retail channels.
• Maintain legal documentation and records related to contracts, leases, and agreements.

Eligibility

• 15 to 20 years post qualification experience, in-house experience will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
