Details of the Job/Internship

Rosetta Hospitality is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal in Bengaluru East, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in property title scrutiny and real estate documentation, along with 2-3 years of litigation experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Scrutinize property transactions, review titles, and draft key legal agreements (LOIs, MoUs, Sale Deeds, JV Agreements, Lease Agreements, POAs).
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals, RERA compliance, and financial documentation.
• Manage litigation, liaise with external counsels, and represent the company before quasi-judicial authorities.
• Draft and review contracts, work orders, and operational documents while handling customer legal queries.
• Keep management updated on legal and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

Eligibility

• 5-7 years of experience in property title scrutiny and real estate documentation.
• 2-3 years of litigation experience in real estate matters.
• Proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing, and translation).
• Experience with registration and liaisoning at RERA, SRO, BBMP, BDA, DC, Tahsildar, etc. (preferred).
• Willingness to travel outstation as required.
