Details of the Job/Internship
The Phoenix Mills Ltd. is hiring a Senior Manager Legal with 10–15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on real estate matters, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Oversee litigation case management and represent the company when required.
- Maintain and organize legal records.
- Advise internal teams on legal risks and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in litigation management and representation in legal proceedings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution with 10–15 years of relevant experience.
