Details of the Job/Internship

Vistra is hiring a Senior Manager – Client Service Delivery (Legal) with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet transaction documents including escrow agreements, pledge deeds, and guarantees.
• Monitor transactions and follow up with clients on a daily basis.
• Conduct property verification including title reports and valuation.
• Ensure compliance with conditions precedent for loan disbursements.
• Prepare compliance and legal reports as per documentation.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate trust deeds, debenture documents, and security instruments.
• Draft and finalize financing and commercial contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, ROC searches, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external law firms for multi-jurisdictional contracts.
• Handle litigation and enforcement matters including Section 138, SARFAESI, and IBC.
• Prepare legal opinions, internal notes, and transaction closure reports.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance MIS.
• Coordinate internally across teams and support transaction execution.

Eligibility

• LL.B. / LL.M. with 7–10 years of experience in legal and capital markets structuring.
• Strong experience in transaction structuring and client servicing.
• Knowledge of due diligence, regulatory compliance, and financing documentation.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work in a dynamic environment.
