Details of the Job/Internship
CFM ARC is hiring a Senior Manager / Chief Manager – Legal & Resolution with experience of 5-7+ years to join their office in Chennai / Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the legal and resolution strategy for acquired distressed assets.
- Manage complex legal proceedings under SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, and Arbitration.
- Ensure strict adherence to RBI regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Formulate and execute legal frameworks for effective debt recovery and asset resolution.
- Shape the firm's governance through detailed legal analysis and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsels to resolve legal roadblocks.
Eligibility
- 5-7+ years of experience within the Banking, NBFC, or ARC sectors
- Strong expertise across SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, and Arbitration.
- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations and financial compliance.
- Proven ability to manage legal and resolution strategies effectively.
- Professional background in handling high-stakes recovery and resolution matters.
