Details of the Job/Internship

Awfis Space Solutions Limited is hiring a Senior Manager – Litigation to lead and manage its litigation portfolio across India, based in Delhi. The role involves handling complex disputes relating to real estate, commercial contracts, employment, and regulatory matters, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsels to protect the company’s legal and business interests.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all litigation and dispute matters across courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
• Handle disputes relating to real estate leasing, landlord-tenant issues, commercial contracts, recovery, labour and employment, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with and manage external advocates and law firms, including reviewing pleadings, filings, and legal opinions.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide risk assessments and updates to senior management.
• Draft, vet, and respond to legal notices, demand notices, and court communications.
• Support dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, and settlements.
• Maintain litigation MIS, trackers, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with business, operations, finance, HR, and asset teams on dispute-related matters.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in civil, commercial, and real estate litigation.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters across jurisdictions.
• Business-oriented and solution-driven approach.
• Strong stakeholder and external counsel management skills.

Salary/Stipend
