Casagrand Premier Builder Limited is hiring a Senior Manager – Post Legal to join its Pune office on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves managing post-legal activities, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and resolution of property-related legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal documentation related to post-legal activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Resolve property-related legal queries.
- Manage client relationships.
- Assist in developing internal policies related to legal and compliance matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a senior legal professional, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and compliance in the real estate domain.
- Experience in handling property-related legal affairs and post-legal activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse and resolve legal queries effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal compliance in the real estate industry.
