Details of the Job/Internship

360 ONE is hiring a Senior Manager / Associate Vice President – Legal with 7+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling legal aspects of private equity and pre-IPO investment transactions, including structuring, documentation, and due diligence.
• Managing legal aspects of capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating offer documents, transaction documents, and capital markets documentation.
• Advising on SEBI regulations, Companies Act compliances, stock exchange requirements, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinating with merchant bankers, lead managers, and external counsel for capital markets transactions.
• Managing legal work related to real estate investments, including title due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing client-facing and vendor-facing agreements for group products and services.
• Supporting and advising the wealth management business, including client complaints and amendments.
• Managing end-to-end dispute and litigation processes with external advocates.
• Managing trademarks and intellectual property matters.
• Providing ongoing legal and regulatory advisory support to business teams.
• Advising on SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable financial sector regulations.
• Identifying legal and regulatory risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing general corporate agreements across departments.
• Ensuring proper documentation, contract lifecycle management, and adherence to internal policies.
• Training and supervising assigned resources, as required.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputable university.
• LLM is an added advantage.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in NBFCs, merchant banking firms, financial services companies, investment funds, or reputed law firms is preferred.
• Strong experience in wealth management, merchant banking, and capital markets transactions.
• Strong experience in transactional work, corporate contracts, and regulatory advisory.
• Exposure to VC funding, investments, and pre-IPO transactions is desirable.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Sound understanding of Indian corporate laws, SEBI regulations, capital markets frameworks, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external counsel and consultants.
• Commercially pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
