Details of the Job/Internship
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal (Infrastructure) with 3–9 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a legal business partner by advising departments, identifying risks, and ensuring timely completion of legal requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of domestic and cross-border contracts while maintaining contract playbooks and ensuring risk mitigation.
- Manage contract lifecycle processes using Ironclad, including tracking, renewals, amendments, and coordination through DocuSign.
- Maintain legal documentation, oversee metrics, prepare reports and support due diligence and special projects.
- Collaborate closely with the India General Counsel, legal team and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
Eligibility
- LL.B from a reputed university.
- 3–9 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting an in-house legal department.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn.
