Details of the Job/Internship

Coforge is hiring for the position of Senior Manager with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of contracts including:
  • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Outsourcing Agreements
  • Statements of Work (SoWs)
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Software Licensing, SaaS, Cloud & Hosting Agreements
  • Hardware Leasing and Purchase Contracts
  • Data Transfer Agreements
  • Staffing and Collaboration Contracts
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and MoUs
• Independently handle international client and vendor negotiations, especially across Europe and the UK.
• Provide legal support for cross-functional teams on project strategy, commercial risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on data protection laws and cross-border legal issues, particularly under EU and UK frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support high-value deals, strategic initiatives, and business operations.
• Assist in litigation management, employee/labour matters, and mergers & acquisitions, as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognized Indian university (LL.M preferred).
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure.
• Strong experience working with European clients and legal systems, including EU and UK laws.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle in a global IT or tech environment.
• Experience handling compliance, open-source licensing, and software copyright issues (preferred).
• Familiarity with dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation (preferred).
