Fynd is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Manager - Legal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and associated documents on behalf of Fynd. The scope of contract documents will include – procurement and sale agreements, Information Technology (IT) related agreements, SAAS and licensing agreements, etc.;
- Providing advisory support on legal and compliance issues pertaining to the different areas of Fynd’s operations;
- Drafting terms & conditions (T&Cs) and associated policy documents for Fynd platforms and websites;
- Assisting the Fynd business teams in reviewing, structuring and vetting new business proposals and initiatives;
- Acting as the principal point of contact for any legal or compliance related queries coming from the Fynd business teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
- Previous in-house experience will be preferred.
- Experience in review and negotiation of commercials and IT related contracts will be preferred.
- Candidate must be a good team player.
- Good communication skills both oral and written required. Previous experience in
