Details of the Job/Internship
LenDenClub is hiring a Senior Manager - Legal with 8+ years of experience to manage legal and corporate governance matters in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance for company operations, including NBFC, fintech, and P2P lending.
- Advise on legal risks, business strategies, and contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI, SEBI, MCA, and other authorities.
- Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
- Develop and implement legal risk management strategies.
- Support corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising.
- Handle company secretarial responsibilities and regulatory filings.
