Navi is hiring a Senior Manager with 8 years of xperience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance to senior stakeholders on debt management, ensuring compliance and scalability.
- Lead and resolve debt-related litigation and disputes, coordinating with external counsel where necessary.
- Conduct legal research to inform litigation strategies and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, and legal teams to create effective, practical solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with external legal partners and regulatory bodies.
Eligibility
- 8+ years of experience in litigation, civil procedure, and relevant Indian laws, with a strong preference for experience in debt management within banks, NBFCs, or asset reconstruction companies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Established industry relationships in debt recovery (banks, NBFCs, ARCs) will be an added advantage.
