Piramal Pharma Ltd. is hiring a Senior Manager - Legal with 6-9 years of experience to join their corporate legal team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and laws.
- Partner with business, finance, procurement, and HR teams to provide legal guidance and support.
- Supervise and mentor junior legal team members, track legal requests, and maintain high standards of quality.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for the legal team and draft/update department policies and SOPs.
- Identify potential legal risks and support internal compliance initiatives.
Eligibility
- A B.Com + LLB or a 5-year BBA + LLB degree.
- 6-9 years of experience in a corporate legal environment with strong expertise in contract review and negotiation.
- Required experience in managing a team of lawyers.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred attributes include experience with legal workflow tools, drafting SOPs, familiarity with compliance software, and exposure to international contracts.
- Sectoral experience in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or manufacturing is a distinct advantage.
