Details of the Job/Internship
Razorpay is hiring a Senior Manager – Legal with 8+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements across the organisation.
- Coordinate independently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle legal matters relating to fintech regulations, data privacy, banking, digital lending, IP, and employment law.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support product and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely support on regulatory projects and maintain transparency in work.
- Track legal expenses and report updates to senior management.
- Take ownership of matters and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and manage team responsibilities.
Eligibility
- LL.B from a reputed law school.
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC.
- Experience in general corporate work, product advisory, and end-to-end contract negotiation.
- Strong drafting, communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle new tasks proactively and work as a team player.
- Team management experience.
