Herbalife International India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Officer – Legal with 4–7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents in the organisation’s interest.
- Preparing responses to legal notices from regulatory authorities and issuing notices to external parties when required.
- Providing proactive and practical legal support to cross-functional teams.
- Supporting legal review of marketing materials, training materials, and event-related documents.
- Preparing Board and Shareholder meeting documents and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA.
- Managing regulatory filings, statutory audits, dividend-related matters, and corporate secretarial compliances.
- Serving as an individual contributor in the legal team.
Eligibility
- B.A. LLB.
- Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
- 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
- Knowledge of contract laws, consumer protection laws, intellectual property, and corporate laws.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
