Herbalife International India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Officer Legal for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru South. The position involves providing legal support and advice on corporate and regulatory matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, ensuring compliance, representing the company in legal matters, and liaising with external counsel.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory support on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal matters as required.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific legal practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
