Details of the Job/Internship
LexStart Partners is hiring a Senior or Principal Associate Lawyer to join their office in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves handling and overseeing matters related to drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on corporate law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee drafting and negotiation of agreements.
- Conduct due diligence.
- Advise clients on corporate law matters.
- Collaborate with startups, investors, and other stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and resolve legal issues.
- Support clients in achieving their business objectives.
- Mentor junior associates.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- A postgraduate degree in law may be an advantage.
- Prior experience working with startups or in a similar ecosystem is a plus.
