Details of the Job/Internship
Epicenter is hiring a Contract Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, analyse, and redline agreements including NDAs, BAAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Draft standard agreements and support contract negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution and renewals.
- Maintain contract repositories and track obligations and deadlines.
- Work on CLM tools such as DocuSign CLM and ensure accurate data management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including data privacy laws.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between legal, business, and external stakeholders.
- Provide contract summaries and respond to internal queries.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or relevant legal qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract management or paralegal roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements.
- Experience with NDA, BAA, and vendor contract review.
- Familiarity with CLM tools and document management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and work independently.
- Preferred: Exposure to US contracts, HIPAA, GDPR, and LPO environment.
