Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate is hiring a Senior Paralegal Project Lead with relevant experience to join their Compliance Operations team in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume investigation cases and support local investigators in case management and assessment.
• Manage intake and triage of new investigation reports.
• Collect and organize data and documentation related to investigation cases.
• Prepare case summaries and assist in evaluating investigation matters.
• Follow established processes and operational playbooks.
• Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Work with customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with discovery and information requests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investigations, employment litigation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with technology in a process-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams and learn new software tools.
