Details of the Job/Internship

Envoy Global is hiring a Senior Paralegal with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• H-1B,L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole and work authorizations, AOS, and all phases of the employment-based Green Card processes.
• Consistently focus on improving the accuracy while processing applications.
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and any alternations to the immigration laws.
• Maintain an accurate record of cases and provide periodic updates as required.
• Remain aware of regular USCIS updates.
• Proactively identify the opportunities for process/system improvement and work closely with lead,Technology QA and Development teams to implement.

Salary/Stipend
