Details of the Job/Internship
Together Light Incorporated is hiring for the position of Senior Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead weekly team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and encourage collaboration.
- Ensure meetings are well-documented using tools like Fathom.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and skip-level check-ins to provide mentorship and feedback.
- Support team leads and members with coaching on communication, time management, and client service.
- Address underperformance through structured improvement plans.
- Enforce consistency in workflows, email templates, and tracker usage.
2. Operational Excellence
- Monitor and improve petition processing and submission rates.
- Oversee trackers for case endorsements, assignments, and completions.
- Analyze escalations and develop proactive measures to prevent recurrence.
- Review client calls and tickets to identify training and quality gaps.
- Ensure timely responses and resolution of client queries via Zoho Desk.
- Maintain accuracy in case notes and updates.
3. Relationship & Client Management
- Strengthen cross-department collaboration to enhance workflow and compliance.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Use data to uncover service bottlenecks and apply solutions.
- Aim to exceed client expectations and maintain high CSAT scores.
4. Process Management
- Allocate team resources based on task priority and deadlines.
- Identify and remove roadblocks in case processing.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance.
- Provide performance updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
5. Training & Development
- Develop training on immigration law updates and best practices.
- Assess training outcomes and adapt programs accordingly.
- Identify knowledge gaps and introduce preventive controls.
- Leverage data to support ongoing team learning and development.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. immigration paralegal roles (preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and client-service skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.
Salary/Stipend
$2,000/month | $24,000/year
