Details of the Job/Internship

Toro Technology Center India is hiring a Senior Paralegal, Legal Operations with significant experience in legal finance or administration to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and interpret legal and financial data to optimize operational processes and inform department strategy.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly legal metrics and performance reports.
• Manage the OneTrust privacy management platform to ensure global data compliance.
• Administer the legal intake process, acting as the primary coordinator for all incoming legal requests.
• Manage high-value department memberships and subscriptions, including Westlaw and the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).
• Oversee legal e-billing, budgeting, and the use of outside counsel and consultants.
• Develop standardized templates, workflows, and internal guidelines for legal technology tools.
• Support legal accruals and financial management within a complex organizational structure.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal operations experience is preferred.
• Significant background in Legal Operations, Legal Finance, or Corporate Legal Administration.
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust (privacy management) and e-billing platforms.
• Familiarity with financial tools such as OneStream, SAP, Concur, or AuditBoard.
• Strong understanding of outside counsel management and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
