East Delhi Law Office is hiring a Senior Partner with over 10 years of experience to join their office in Vivek Vihar, Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving overall supervision of the practice, management of client relationships, mentoring of junior staff, and delivery of high-quality legal services. The role includes handling complex legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, representing the firm in important cases, and contributing to business development through client acquisition and retention, while guiding the firm’s strategy and operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall legal practice and firm operations.
- Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle complex legal cases and provide strategic legal advice.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and associates.
- Represent the firm in significant legal matters.
- Assist the founders in business growth, client acquisition, and retention.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree from an accredited institution.
- LL.M or relevant specialisation will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal practice with a strong professional track record.
- Expertise in legal research, case evaluation, and litigation.
- Knowledge of Indian legal practices and procedures.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
